| The National Presenter is a part-time position which entails the energetic and dynamic delivery of training workshops, adoption presentations and tradeshow representation to those who want to learn how to help children with handwriting. |
Duties: |
Master and maintain expertise in processes and content for all HWT curriculum delivered in workshops, all HWT products and maintain general OT expertise.
Annual multi-state travel to conduct and deliver world-class workshops, adoption presentations and tradeshows.
Interact with audience and adjust training approach appropriately, use visual support media effectively, create a climate during workshops in which participants feel safe to learn and contribute and provide support and feedback to workshop attendees.
Network with school district personnel who attend workshops.
Onsite setup for workshops and trade shows and maintenance of records of meeting attendees and materials distributed during the program.
Participate media contact and interviews regarding HWT curriculum at attended events.

Qualifications: |
B.S. in Occupational Therapy preferred, 6+ years related experience as a practicing OT preferred.
Presentation, training, facilitation and adult learning experience, compelling and inspiring verbal and written communication skills.
2-3 years practical experience with HWT materials and curriculum.
Knowledge of public school systems.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a reporting relationship with an offsite Manager.
Excellent public speaking skills; must be extremely comfortable with and enjoy speaking in front of large and small groups.
Ability to move about and stand for up to 10 hours and to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.
Ability to travel: Approximately 40 travel days per year, 100% of working time.
