Accountabilities:
• Interview and participate in formal sessions to gather, translate and document business and systems requirements to support transforming. Requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Ensure correct business functionality and standards are addressed within the computer applications.
• Have an understanding of complex test cases in order to execute and verify results.
• Develop and understand technical documentation.

Qualifications: |
Your professional experience and education include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years business or systems experience with methodologies and structure analytical approach; also with developing requirements for projects where computer software is created.
• Ability to lead small teams (1-3) for medium work efforts which includes estimating, coordinating, tracking progress, inspiring others to complete tasks on time, assisting with resolving issues and creating status reports.
• Must be able to develop relationships among clients, coworkers and management.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with peers to provide results.
