| Part time Bookkeeper to perform standard Full Charge Bookkeeping duties. |
Duties: |
| Maintain all aspects of bookkeeping for a multiple location business. Perform Job functions quickly and efficiently. Minimal training and supervision will be provided so employee must be able to perform all functions with self-direction and self-motivation. Single employee department, so there will be very little flexibility in the schedule. Employee must be able to show up every day they are scheduled with no personal interferences in ability to perform job duties. |
Qualifications: |
| Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Microsoft Word, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Ledgering, and Journal Entries. Candidate must be reliable, bondable, and professional; with a minimum of 5 years professional bookkeeping experience. |
