Duties:

The Operations Analyst will support Worldwide Manufacturing and be a key contributor to improving overall gross margin.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following activities:
- Financial support for our Supply Chain organization which includes modeling vendor margins for negotiations with recommendations on pricing, internal vs. external financial analysis for manufacturing and external benchmarking
- Optimize cost across our supply chain network
- Drive cost reduction targets for Supply Chain organization
- Support consolidation of factory network financials and provide transparent management reporting
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis as needed
- Business partner to Supply Chain Manager
- Champion efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of financial processes

Qualifications:

- 5 -10 years experience as a financial analyst with all or some in Manufacturing environment
- College degree, with focus on business or finance and MBA desired (if MBA, flexible on undergrad degree)
- Expert with NPV analysis and experience of driving financial recommendations
- Business partnership experience with demonstrated ability to influence
- Ability to lead teams and process improvement projects
- High attention to detail while also maintaining a big picture perspective
- Ability to effectively work across diverse groups (operations, business units, cross geographies)
- Highly self motivated, flexible to manage several tasks, organized, and an excellent team player
- Strong communication skills required
- Passion for understanding the business and how to improve it
- Evidence of problem solving tools
